This is Aiga Sabaiba. The Mother who Neglected her Son and uses her to  find the Eyes only to get him kidnapped by the eyes itself. now its your job to save your son (This is 100% Her Fault)

Miryoku Gaidansu was once a Chinese Lady from the Past who died unexpectedly and born to watch over the now abandoned mansion she grew to hate. As a ghost she will guide Aiga to get her son back
